These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lake Havasu City Insulation website (lakehavasuinsulation.com) and your engagement of services provided by Lake Havasu City Insulation. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Lake Havasu City Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Lake Havasu City, AZ and the surrounding region. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, insulation removal, and related work.
All services are performed by our team or qualified subcontractors. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our service capabilities or geographic area.
Estimates are provided based on information gathered during an in-home assessment. All estimates are provided in writing before any work begins. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed to the scope of work and pricing in writing.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job (such as pre-existing structural issues or contaminated materials), or if material costs change significantly before the scheduled start date.
Any change to the scope of work that affects the price will be communicated to you in writing before additional work is performed. You have the right to approve or decline scope changes.
Once a job is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer and helps us maintain efficient scheduling for all clients.
We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of extreme weather, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as early as possible if we need to reschedule and will work to find the next available date that suits you.
If you cancel a scheduled job with less than 48 hours notice after a deposit has been collected, the deposit may be forfeited. Details will be outlined in your written agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate. If payment is not received within the agreed timeline, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or pursue collection through appropriate legal means.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in your written estimate.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and the scope of work needed. If conditions at your property differ materially from what was described at the time of the estimate, additional charges may apply.
You are responsible for clearing the work area before the crew arrives (such as removing stored items from the attic or crawl space access area). Failure to prepare the work area may result in delays or additional charges.
You must ensure that we have safe and legal access to the work areas on the scheduled service date.
We stand behind our work. Any warranty applicable to a specific job will be outlined in your written service agreement. Where a workmanship warranty is provided, it covers defects in installation - it does not cover normal wear, damage caused by third parties, changes to the property after the work is complete, or acts of nature.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as spray foam products) are separate from any workmanship warranty we provide and are subject to the terms set by the manufacturer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lake Havasu City Insulation makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in the written service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lake Havasu City Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
If you have a concern or complaint about our work, contact us first. We are committed to resolving disputes directly and in good faith. Most issues can be resolved with a phone call or a return visit.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. Mediation will be conducted in Mohave County, Arizona.
If mediation fails, any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in Mohave County, Arizona. Both parties agree that the laws of the State of Arizona govern these Terms and any disputes arising from them.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising under or related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Mohave County, Arizona.
